Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect item supplied by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
Upon receiving your returned item, our technical team will inspect the product to verify the reported issue.
If approved, we will process your exchange or refund within seven (7) business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
